Outcome and Client Success:
Wine buyers, sommeliers, and other influencers were able to engage their respective audiences with a unique human interest story.
Furthermore, the psychological (heart-and-mind) connection with customers increased website visitation and, more importantly,
wine club membership.

A county health department utilized Martin to conduct targeted systems-research and provide outreach and training to community members, stakeholders, and
leaders. The initiative focused on access to healthy food and safe walking environments.
Outcome and Client Success:
The collective work among its various publics stimulated collaboration on neighborhood change, specifically reducing barriers to
healthy lifestyles. Moreover, the project delivered on the department’s objective for deeper community and evidence-based input
in health promotion and planning.
Food Manufacturer Builds New Revenue Stream
E-commerce and CRM

A local food manufacturer specializing in baked goods with national chain distribution
asked Martin to integrate e-commerce and customer relationship management tools as part of an upgrade to their “old-fashion”
(look and feel) website.
Outcome and Client Success:
The simplified user experience enabled new and existing customers to order and receive their favorite
snack at their preferred time and convenience. Additionally, the family-run business is pursuing online revenue and e-mail
marketing with improved customer insight.
Web Launch Strengthens STEAM Brand for California Nonprofit
Web Development as Brand Extension
Situation and Strategy:
A California STEAM-focused nonprofit serving under-resourced schools, with national partners, engaged Martin for a website upgrade.
The goal was to make the organization’s brand position unmistakable,
improve clarity for supporters and educators, and reinforce credibility across every key page.
Outcome and Client Success:
The new fully custom site delivers a sharper, consistent brand message and a smoother path to action for donors, schools, and partners.
With clearer storytelling and stronger trust signals, the nonprofit is better positioned to grow national impact
while deepening support across California.
